By visiting and using www.artterrace.lv, the visitor to the website (hereinafter – the Visitor) expressly agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy described here, including the methods of using cookies, unless the Visitor’s browser is set not to accept cookies.
1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1.1. During the visit and use of www.artterrace.lv, the Maintainer may receive information containing personal data:
by obtaining personal data directly (name and surname, phone number and e-mail address);
indirectly, by obtaining information (for example: using cookies and other technical means to monitor the use of www.artterrace.lv).
1.2. The Maintainer processes the personal data of Visitors in compliance with the requirements set out in the Personal Data Protection Law and other legal acts of the Republic of Latvia regulating the processing and protection of personal data. When processing and storing the personal data of Visitors, the Maintainer uses organizational and technical means that ensure the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful disclosure, alteration, as well as from any other unlawful processing.
1.3. By purchasing goods and services offered by www.artterrace.lv and using other www.artterrace.lv services, the Visitor agrees and allows the Maintainer to register, enter, store, systematize, use and in any other way process the Visitor’s personal data, as well as the data that the Visitor will subsequently provide to the Maintainer, to the extent necessary and for the following purposes:
processing of data resulting from orders, contractual obligations of the Visitors of www.artterrace.lv, or processing of data necessary to conclude a relevant agreement (transaction);
the data is necessary for identifying and accounting for Visitors;
the data is necessary to ensure the fulfillment of other obligations arising from contractual obligations or from the relevant concluded agreements (transactions).
We transfer the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the authorized processor Paysera LT.
1.4. The Maintainer ensures the protection and security of Visitors’ personal data, their non-disclosure to third parties, to the extent required by the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and other legal acts of the Republic of Latvia regulating the processing and protection of personal data, except for the Maintainer’s partners who ensure the delivery of goods and provision of services to www.artterrace.lv, to the extent that personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
1.5. The Maintainer takes possible security measures (including administrative and technical) to protect Visitors’ personal data. Access to data processing and modification functions is only available to responsible persons designated by the Maintainer.
1.6. The Visitor has the right to access his/her personal data by sending the Maintainer a relevant request for information provision using the customer service e-mail address: info@artterrace.lv. The Visitor has the right to request the following information: (1) the purpose, legal basis and type of personal data processing, (2) the date when the personal data was last corrected, deleted or blocked; (3) the source of personal data (unless the law prohibits the disclosure of this information); (4) information on whether personal data is processed in an automated manner.
1.7. The Visitor has the right to request that his/her personal data be supplemented or corrected, as well as to stop processing or destroy them if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, false, or is no longer necessary for the purposes of collection. In this regard, the Visitor informs the Administrator using the customer service e-mail address: info@artterrace.lv.
1.8. The personal data of Visitors will be stored for no longer than required by regulatory enactments.
2. COOKIES
2.1. www.artterrace.lv uses cookies to provide a wider range of possibilities for using the website and the online store www.artterrace.lv.
