RETURN OF THE GOODS
Before returning the goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail: info@artterrace.lv!
The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods within 14 days of receiving it. The return of the Goods is possible only in cases where the appearance of the goods, its original packaging and labeling have been preserved.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the return of the Goods from the Customer if the Goods were not returned in the original packaging, the packaging is seriously damaged, there are visible minor signs of use.
When returning the Goods, the Customer can exchange it for a similar Goods or receive a refund. Delivery costs from the Seller are covered only if the Goods have a manufacturing defect. If you choose to receive a refund, it will be transferred to the account from which the purchase was made within 30 business days after the item is received back by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right not to change or refund the amount paid for individually customized items and orders.
