GENERAL TERMS
SIA ARTTERRACE (VAT No. LV44103070746, Smiltenes nov., Brantu pag., “Cīrulīši”, LV-4729) hereinafter referred to as the Seller – the terms of use of the online store, hereinafter referred to as the Terms, are applicable to all visitors to the site, regardless of whether they place an order in the artterrace.lv online store or not, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.
By ordering the Product, the Customer has read and agrees to the Seller’s Terms.
The Seller has the right to make amendments to the Terms of the store.
The mutual relations between the Seller and the Customer are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
The prices of all Products placed in the online store are indicated in EUR currency and include all applicable taxes. When paying by bank transfer, the date of payment is considered the date when the money is received in the www.artterrace.lv bank account. Order execution is initiated only after payment is made.
ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT
The Customer places an order by adding the desired Products to the “shopping cart” and indicating their name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail, payment and delivery method.
The Seller confirms that the data provided by the Customer is used only for the purposes of selling and delivering products, fulfilling the personal data protection requirements set out in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the Customer when placing an order.
The Seller does not verify the personal data of the buyer or owner of the product and does not assume responsibility for losses that may arise from using third-party payment cards or personal data.
Upon successful completion of the order, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer’s email address, indicating the order status and other additional information. If the confirmation email is not received, the Customer must contact the Seller by sending an email to info@artterrace.lv.
The Customer has the opportunity to choose a payment method.
When the order is prepared, the Customer receives an email informing them that the order has been sent.
DELIVERY AND ORDER RECEIPT DEADLINE
The order receipt deadline depends on the delivery region and address, the working hours of the relevant delivery service that ensures the delivery of this order and does not directly depend on the Seller.
Delivery with “Omniva” (only in the Baltic States) – the order is sent to the recipient within 1-4 business days. The service price in Latvia is 3.00 EUR.
Delivery by “Latvijas Pasts” within 3 – 20 business days. Service price in Latvia – 3.00 EUR, outside Latvia from 15 EUR
The Order is delivered to the Customer or the person indicated in the Order as the recipient of this Order to the address indicated as the receipt address.
In cases where the Product is not delivered to the Customer due to the fault of the postal service employees, the Seller reimburses the Customer for the paid goods and the delivery value only after the Seller has received a certificate of loss or compensation from the postal service.
The Seller is not responsible for the delay in delivery of the Goods, which occurred as a result of the actions of the selected supplier’s service, not delivering the goods on time. If the Customer has not received his order in Latvia within 20 days from the date of shipment, he informs the Seller about this fact by sending information to e-mail info@artterrace.lv indicating the number and date of his purchase.
RETURN OF THE GOODS
Before returning the goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail: info@artterrace.lv!
The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods within 14 days of receiving it. The return of the Goods is possible only in cases where the appearance of the goods, its original packaging and labeling have been preserved.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the return of the Goods from the Customer if the Goods were not returned in the original packaging, the packaging is seriously damaged, there are visible minor signs of use.
When returning the Goods, the Customer can exchange it for a similar Goods or receive a refund. Delivery costs from the Seller are covered only if the Goods have a manufacturing defect. If you choose to receive a refund, the money paid will be transferred to the account from which the purchase was made within 30 business days after the goods are received back from the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right not to change or return the paid amount for individually customized goods and orders.
GIFT CARD USE TERMS
The value and term of the gift card are indicated on the gift card;
After the card value is used up or the validity period expires, it is automatically closed;
The minimum purchase amount is not set, it can also be spent in parts;
The gift card can be used together with other offered payment methods;
In case of loss, the gift card is not blocked and renewed, and its balance is not refunded;
When shopping in the online store, only one gift card can be redeemed per purchase
